Interdisciplinary artist, Vidal, brings representation into the technological and digital age with this abstract sculptural piece inspired by Francisco Laso's painting "Inhabitant of the Cordilleras of Peru," painted in 1855. Constructed with wood, metal, PLA 3D prints, LED lights, Arduino Uno, and miscellaneous computer parts. In this new age of technology, the indigenous are unrestrained, re-phallusized, and its spirt is set free to inhabit the world around them.
